Veqen exists to help businesses keep fake, throwaway and fraudulent signups out. Please use it that way.

You may

Screen signups, logins, trials, referrals, orders and leads for your own product or your clients' products.
Clean and validate contact data you have collected lawfully.
Let AI agents run checks on your behalf through the MCP server.

Make eligibility decisions about credit, insurance, employment, housing, or anything else regulated by the US Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws. Veqen is not a consumer reporting agency and its results are not consumer reports.
Support spam. Don't use the Service to build or clean lists for unsolicited bulk messages, or to find working addresses to send them to.
Harass, stalk or track individuals, or locate people from their IP address or phone number.
Discriminate against people based on protected characteristics, including by using location results as a proxy.
Resell raw results as your own data product, or build a competing service from them, without our written agreement.
Abuse the Service: get around rate limits or the free-tool limits, create multiple free accounts, share API keys publicly, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or overload the infrastructure.
Break the law or help others do so.

We may suspend or close accounts that break this policy. Where we can, we'll explain why and give you a chance to fix it first.
